If you’re interested in a career in healthcare, this Associate of Science degree in Health Sciences program can give you a solid foundation for achieving your professional goals. Our Associate of Science degree in Health Sciences (AHSc) program is designed to complete in 18 months. Curriculum focuses on health science subjects to provide exceptional foundation in the general field of Health Sciences and also provides practical skill training in an elective of choice. This program is ideal for highly motivated graduating High School students, advanced level students, and non-traditional students who are interested in pursuing a variety of higher degrees and health-focused professions.

Successfully obtaining an associate degree gives students a tool for career-advancement in healthcare field while still studying, as well as an advantage in searching for a job or students can continue one’s studies toward a bachelor’s degree or matriculate to AAIMS medical program.

Students pursuing an Associate of Science degree Health Sciences degree choose elective courses during their second year and/or or take additional courses that may not be required for the degree. Electives offered are Pharmacy Technician, Dialysis Technician, Surgery Technician and Medical Assistant/Phlebotomy Technician.
