  • Sign and date
  • Mail the completed application along with required documents to AAIMS admissions office.

Information on Completing the Application:

Your application will be automatically saved each time you click the Next button. If you need to stop your application before submitting it, you should record the Student ID displayed on the application form. You will need this Student ID to continue your application at a later date.
